Stress Relief

As a rule, I try not to talk about my job directly.  But, I am in the midst of a grueling project that is not going well and my stress is getting the best of me.

In the past I’d relieve that stress by purchasing a shiny new electronic gadget or indulge in massages and dinners out.  I am trying to compile list of stress relievers that don’t require spending and am interested in ideas.

So far I have come up with the following:

  • Free Guided Mediation (Tuesdays at a local yoga place)
  • Hiking with the dogs (when it’s not too hot)
  • Working out in the early mornings

So friends and readers, how would you like to add to the list?

Ensuring that you eat healthy. Don’t less the stress cause you to binge on junk food.

Try Woldumar nature center – it is beautiful. You should also go visit Lynn and the twins – then when you go back to your own quiet house you will really appreciate the calm. Good luck with your challenging project.
